About Me
I am mum to an incredible daughter diagnosed with complex needs including ASD, PDA, OCD, SPD, dyslexia and dyscalculia.
I understand the challenges that come with parenting a neurodivergent child - emotional, mental, physical, relational and financial.
After experiencing the vulnerability and lack of support for parents, I left my career in organisational transformation to make it my mission to empower and provide support to parents with neurodiverse children.
It became the only thing that mattered to me.
After spending years unsure how to successfully parent a child with a sensitive nervous system and a strong drive for autonomy, change started to take place when I became aware of my unconscious thought patterns and behaviours, in addition to implementing strategies.
Our environment became calmer, nervous systems more settled, greater connection and a child that felt safe and understood.
I enjoy being the parent I have become and wish to help others achieve similar outcomes.
